So first, notice how it feels. Intuition tends to feel calm, grounded and steady. Even if it’s warning you, it’s not panicked. Overthinking feels urgent, anxious, and noisy like you’re looping and still not getting clarity.
Second, check how it acts. Intuition usually speaks once and steps back. Overthinking, keeps pushing, repeating, and second guessing.
Last, ask is this helping me move forward or keeping me stuck? Intuition often leads to action. Overthinking keeps you spinning in place.
