Our diverse team of therapists specialize in helping people with anxiety, stress, burnout, and other issues by using high-success treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.

Cancellation Policy:We have a 48 business hour cancellation policy. No shows or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
The first session will focus on information gathering and development of a treatment plan. This allows clients to feel comfortable and understand how they will receive help.
The frequency of sessions can vary, but in the beginning it is helpful to meet weekly or every other week. We do have long term clients that are seen on a monthly or as needed basis. Short term work is considered to be between 8 and 12 sessions.
While we are not an in-network provider, most clients have a PPO plan that allows them to use out-of-network benefits. Upon payment, you are provided a bill that can be submitted to your insurance company. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company directly to know the details of your plan.
